Although we are currently working with ICF, our roots and many years of experience lie in the building of traditional 'Spanish Villas', which despite not having the same benefits as ICF, are still the most popular build types with both Spanish and foreign buyers. Whether you are looking for a contemporary modern house, or a traditional villa with rustic features, we can offer you a range of designs, discuss your own plans, and a competitive quote for your new construction.
Originally a team of Sub-Contractors working on commerical and large building projects, Zhuka Construction Costa Blanca Builders has been set up to help individuals with their building requirements – whether they wish to build a new property, renovate, reform, build an extension, repair an existing property , or completely re-build an existing property. Whatever your requirements, our English and Spanish speaking builders and architects are able to help.
We can oversee an existing building project, or begin a complete new build from scratch by working with architects and obtaining planning permissions, right through to the landscaping of the garden and excavating and building a swimming pool.
We are confident of the quality of work provided by our builders on the Costa Blanca, and guarantee that any final payments will not be taken until the building works are completed to your total satisfaction. (Stage payments during the course of any building works will apply and will be agreed between ourselves and the client).
Many British owners of a Spanish property may feel more comfortable employing an English builder, but in our experience it is far wiser to choose a local who understands the language, can deal with Spanish beaurocracy and legal requirements, is familiar with the Spanish building styles and is known to, and able to negotiate the best prices with local suppliers. As we have been building on the Costa Blanca for the past 8 years, we are familiar with all of the above and are able to converse fluently in both English and Spanish.
