Underbuilds - Many villas are bought with underbuild space that can be converted into a basement, garage or additional living space. Converting your underbuild can add value to your property and we are happy to work together with our clients ideas to make the best use of the available space.
Extensions - Extend you existing living accommodation with either a single or double storey extension. Extending your property can also add value, and making room for more people can increase the rental potential of any property that is available for holiday rentals.
Roofing works - Our builders in Spain are also experienced in all types of roofing works. Slating, tiling, flat roofs fascias, gutters and cladding and repairs. We don't really expect it given the 320 days of sunshine on the Costa Blanca, but the area is prone to some very heavy rainfall which often causes roofs to leak, leaving you unprepared and arranging bowls and buckets in your living room and bedrooms. As much of our work is aimed at people with second, or holiday homes in Spain, our clients will not always be on hand to oversee the project.
